The E&S Heating and Air Conditioning precision tune-up provides an annual conditioning of your Oil, Gas, or Electric furnace. In addition, we provide maintenance and inspection of Heat Pumps and Air Conditioners.

Oil Furnaces

  • Inspect the nozzle

Maintenance and inspection of Heat Pumps and Air Conditioners

  • Chemically clean (biodegradable) outdoor unit coil
  • Test capacitors and compressor windings
  • Inspect electrical components including contactor(s)
  • Test refrigerant charge and pressures
  • Check refrigerant superheat or sub-cooling
  • Check defrost operation
  • Inspect indoor coil (where accessible)
  • Check indoor blower fan
  • Check thermostat operation
  • Check auxiliary electric heat section (electric air handlers/furnaces only)
