The E&S Heating and Air Conditioning precision tune-up provides an annual conditioning of your Oil, Gas, or Electric furnace. In addition, we provide maintenance and inspection of Heat Pumps and Air Conditioners.

Oil Furnaces
- Inspect the nozzle
- Inspect the oil filter

- Chemically clean (biodegradable) outdoor unit coil
- Test capacitors and compressor windings
- Inspect electrical components including contactor(s)
- Test refrigerant charge and pressures
- Check refrigerant superheat or sub-cooling
- Check defrost operation
- Inspect indoor coil (where accessible)
- Check indoor blower fan
- Check thermostat operation
- Check auxiliary electric heat section (electric air handlers/furnaces only)
